TalkieTalkie is a fast-paced and exciting word game that tests your vocabulary and your ability to think on your feet. The game is played with two or more players, and the goal is to be the first player to get rid of all of your cards.
Gameplay
To start the game, each player is dealt a hand of seven cards. The remaining cards are placed in a draw pile in the center of the table. The first player draws a card from the draw pile and places it face up on the table. This card starts the "talkie" pile.
The next player must then say a word that starts with the last letter of the word on the talkie pile. For example, if the card on the talkie pile is "cat," the next player could say "tree." The player then places the card for "tree" on top of the talkie pile.
The game continues in this way, with each player taking turns saying a word that starts with the last letter of the word on the talkie pile. If a player cannot say a word, they must draw a card from the draw pile. If the draw pile is empty, the player loses their turn.
The game ends when one player gets rid of all of their cards. The player who gets rid of their cards first wins the game.
Variations
