Gameplay:
The game begins with players being assigned secret roles. The majority are loyal Crewmates, while a small number are Traitors. Traitors can sabotage the station, kill Crewmates, and deceive others.
Crewmates must complete tasks to repair the station and identify the Traitors. They can use tools like cameras, vital monitors, and sabotage reports to gather information.
Traitors must blend in with the Crewmates while secretly disrupting their progress. They can use vents to move around undetected, frame innocent players, and create chaos.
Communication:
Communication is crucial in Vicinity. Crewmates can discuss their findings, suspicions, and strategies in real-time. However, Traitors can use this to their advantage by spreading misinformation and sowing doubt.
Objectives:
Crewmates win if they complete all tasks or eliminate all Traitors. Traitors win if they kill enough Crewmates to sabotage the station or prevent them from completing their objectives.
