Gameplay
Palabras Cruz is a classic word game similar to Scrabble or Words With Friends. Players take turns placing letter tiles on a game board to form words. The goal is to score the most points by creating high-scoring words and using bonus squares on the board.
Game Setup
The game is played on a 15x15 gridded board. Each player has a rack of 7 letter tiles. The first player draws a tile from the bag and places it on the star square in the center of the board.
Gameplay
On their turn, a player can:
* Place a tile: Play a tile from their rack to create a word on the board. Words must be connected to existing letters and must follow the rules of Spanish spelling.
* Exchange tiles: Exchange up to 3 tiles from their rack for new ones from the bag.
* Pass: Skip their turn and draw a new tile from the bag.
Scoring
Players score points based on the following factors:
* Letter value: Each letter has a point value assigned to it.
* Word length: Longer words score more points.
* Bonus squares: Landing a tile on a bonus square multiplies the score for that letter or word.
Winning
The game ends when one player has used all of their tiles or when the bag is empty and no player can make a valid move. The player with the highest score wins.
